  My husband and I stayed with black bear lodging 3 times a year for the past ten year. We have stayed in some good cabins and some bad cabins we have payed for Cabins with hot tub didn't work and the never reimburse us anything. Just say we will take care of u next time u stay with us but never did. But this time I was NOT happy at all they done is wrong. When we were leaving the cabin to check out my husband left his jacket on the chair when we got home we call the office the lady told us she would call us back she was going to talk to the cleaning lady.. Two days late no call so I called her and she told me they didn't have it (of course they didn't) and she told me that they were not responsible for any thing that was left in the room(really) after all the years we spent with them and there dirty cabins oh and the manager was not professional at all very rude..So I hope u enjoy the jacket and I hope it was worth it we will never be back at your cabins...so Hello aunt Bugs we will be back in june
