  We stayed in “Amazing View” and had nothing but problems. As soon as we arrived we checked out the hot tub which was the main thing that we wanted. The hot tub was only about half way full and the water was cold. When we called to have someone come look at it they sent housekeeping to just fill the hot tub. We called again and told them that the water was cold and they finally sent a maintenance guy but did not have the part to fix it. They said they would send a vendor the next day with the part to fix it and again sent housekeeping to drain and refill the hot tub. Never got the hot tub fixed before we left so this put a huge damper on things. They even told us there was a previous work order to fix the hot tub from the group that stayed here before us so they knew it was broken but failed to mention it when we called to book the cabin. The hot tub was out main issue but we also ran into some other issues. The fireplace did not work properly, the drains in the bath tubs took forever to drain, recliner was broken and to top it all off, right in the middle of cooking hot dogs and burgers, our grill ran out of propane. WiFi didn’t work at first but was fixed. Overall, we had a terrible experience when we stayed here. Pretty much we stayed here to have a place to lay our heads at night. Also, in the pictures, this cabin looks amazing but when we arrived we were not impressed. I’m not one to complain usually but when I’m paying high dollar for a cabin and a getaway vacation, I expect what is advertised and if something isn’t right I expect it to be fixed.

  the place was not clean and the couches smelled horrible. the clean blankets we had were covered in dog hair. we asked them to come and clean and they said they would and never showed up. the burners on the stove were so messed we couldnt even cook on them. the place was called moonshine inn. i would never tell anyone to stay there. we asked for another place to stay or some money back and we got nothing. never again will i book with them. i will take my money else were.

  Easy process to book. Quick check-in. Great check-out...so quick, only through text. Our cabin, The Whispering Pond, was very comfy and clean. We went there on our honeymoon, and would totally go back there when we get the chance! Plus it's only a 2 minute drive to walmart and everything else, which was super convenient for us. Because everything was so close, we went for our meals. By the end of the week, we were very happy to be able to make our own meals with the equipment that came with the cabin. Can't wait to have the rest of our family join us!
